Let’s go, Fort Lauderdale loud squad - y’all ready to Catch this wave?! ‘Cause right here on April; 11th, Revolution Live is turning into every bedroom pop and goth girlies fever dream dance party. Solely because Allie X is bringing her Happiness Is Going to Get You Tour to our stage this Spring - touching down at the tip of the country this Spring for her FIRST performance here in the city. And trust us - it’s gonna be one of those nights that feels electric, cinematic, and slightly otherworldly — exactly what we’ve been needing as we defrost from the colder than expected Winter blues. The tour follows the release of her acclaimed 2025 album Happiness Is Going to Get You, which saw her dive deeper into her theatrical, hyper-stylized world of sound and symbolism - and give us some of the craziest shows of her career last year. She’s bringing that bold vision across North America, hitting cities like Tampa, Toronto, and Los Angeles, Chicago, NYC and LA of course, all right before making her way to our own downtown home at Revolution Live — all right here for me you and the squad to enjoy, lucky us.

Allie X’s real name is Alexandra Ashley Hughes - and she was born up in Canada in Oakville, Ontario back in ‘85. She’s been rewriting the rules of pop since her 2014 breakout single “Catch” - and catching accolades to take her to the top of the underground pop world since then. Her art lives somewhere between the shadow and the spotlight — hypnotic, eerie, emotionally charged, and always wrapped in layers of mystery - which everyone seems to love her for more and more. After moving to Los Angeles shortly after her career took off, she became one of the city’s best-kept secrets, writing for and collaborating with everyone from Troye Sivan to Mitski while also crafting her own surreal world in her music. Her previous albums CollXtion II and Cape God cemented her as a cult favorite among indie-pop and alt-electronic fans, earning praise from critics for her daring visuals and intricate production. With Happiness Is Going to Get You, she leans into a more experimental side — cinematic synths, emotional chaos, and raw introspection that feels tailor-made for the stage. And - that’s exactly why you have to see her live right here when she comes to town for the first time.
